No policies and no one who has any idea what they are doing Do not work here if you want to keep your sanity The owners are nice brothers but management ruin it for them

Bad management Boys club None of management have any idea what they are doing The CEO has no sense of management or leadership Lots of office politics They will sell you a soul origin franchise and set you up to fail Terrible hygiene in kitchen (should be illegal) Being moved in your job without warning as management will hire all friends
