      Pros

      There is nothing good about working at SoulTree

      Cons

      We are expected to work all day all night and be at the management's beck and call even on weekends or holidays. No work-life balance, and no value for anyone's health. We were not even informed when our colleagues got tested positive for Covid. The HR doesn't do her job AT ALL.
