Pros

Female CEO 2 weeks paid vacation ESOP after 3 years Excellent job for C level Executives

Cons

Recently eliminated guaranteed quarterly bonuses for non-Executive staff while increasing Executive Bonuses by more than double. Non-executive pay not in line with market standards. Tellers are only paid $2 above minimum wage in WA State. Non-teller staff paid on average 10k less than similar roles in other companies. Originally, company offset this low pay with guaranteed bonuses and 100% remote work, both of which were eliminated for non-Executive staff company wide. Treatment of junior staff is not monitored/regulated, leading to a lot of poor treatment of non-Executive Staff Extremely high turnover of non-Executive staff while Executive staff are able to work less than 40 hours a week Pressuring of hourly staff to not claim Overtime pay for Overtime work Little to no people of color at company, and the people of color that are employed are made to work harder for less pay than their white counterparts.
