Pros

I don't want to lie so there are not any worth mentioning. The cons are immense. Chief is aggressive. Constantly lies. High-up managers aware. Chief patient care is poor!!

Cons

Deceitful, incompetent chief. Hire new grads. High turn-over of doctors. They promise one things but change at no notice if it affects their bottom-line

Pros

Great pay and great people! I really loved the work, the impact, and the potential opportunities. No employer is perfect, but I will say the best parts here outweigh any shortcomings.

Cons

Remote work is great, but I would have appreciated more opportunities to connect with colleagues in person. As a contractor, I was not given that opportunity. Some departments can feel somewhat cliquish and not as inclusive, though this was limited to a small number of people.
