      very great and friendly atmosphere. will get to learn A LOT from everyone. The heads are very down to earth.

      Pros

      It's an office job so you stay in the building avoiding the harsh summer/winter. The working environment is good. There's is freedom. MCR Operator's job is to stay in the control room and monitor the TV channels. Maintain the playlist and report the issues to the the management in a timely manner. Paid Holidays, Sick leaves, 5 days/ 40 hours a week.

      Cons

      There is no growth chances and the chances of pay increments are almost none. You can be asked to do any shift.
