      Pros

      I have been with this company for over 5 years and currently the only pro I can give them is the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      I would have had more pros if I was asked a couple years ago but since we have been acquired by PE, most of these pros have disappeared. Under the previous technical director’s leadership I was mentored and challenged to grow my technical expertise but now leadership is only interested in revenue and covering up the ignorance of companies we have acquired.

      Source is transforming right now into a powerhouse. Great people, industry leading technical expertise, and a strong vision for growth. It’s an exciting time to be here if you are willing to put in the work and deal with change. New leadership has brought in high tech processes and outside perspectives which is refreshing.

      Long hours and aggressive growth goals. No 401K match.
