The company itself has a toxic culture. One of the women among the stakeholders is very toxic and always tries to play blame games. The situation worsens when you are questioned about why you are not following the given KPIs, even though you are adhering to the processes outlined by the stakeholders. When you ask the stakeholder for clarification, they simply deflect and tell HR, "Where did I instruct him to do that? Show me in writing."
