1. Too much ego issues among top management 2. No one from management stick to their words and this has drilled down to the entire organization 3. Too much back biting and unprofessionalism 4. Too much emphasis on unnecessary processes and less concentration on code quality and deliveries 5. Very fickle minded organization which leads to lot of rework and loss of quality efforts and hence frustration in project teams 6. Too much red tapism, favorism and differential treatment of employees 7. Lack of foresight and vision 8. Very impulsive which leads to unsuccessful project management 9. Reviews done on basis of soft skill rather than performance 10. CEO's of company influenced by wrong people and hence taking his ship to doom. 11. Employee retension is nil and new in experienced people are trusted and old ones are thrown out.
