      1. No learning or knowledge transfer 2. Petty politics in devlopment team. 3. CTO has 2 favourite child, one is now a lead one is sde1 4. 2 spolied child backbitches other devloper, product managers, QA team 5. Not even hr addresses your issues, you can't even complaint 6. Worst place to grow one's career
