Hire experienced guys with out any vision or road map and screw their life. Not paying salary on time - part payment , No proper Technical management Recruitment company, we have to beg for Salary every month and will be paid on queue basis Experience Sales/Technical Guys please stay out of this company So many people left in the last 6 months. Hiring 10+ years experienced and teaching them how to code, No opportunities
