Toxic environment with no support or leaves - IT Support SourceMash Employee Review

To all the readers out there. There are tons of false and misleading statements about this company. I've been working with this company and at the end of the day, I've not only grew my technical capabilities, but also took on additional business and people skill sets. When I started, I only knew .NET, and over the course of 2+ years, I've not only enhanced my .NET abilities but also learned bleeding edge technologies like RPA, CRM and Machine Learning. If you like to work for companies who work on new technologies and allow each one of their employees to grow, then this is the place to be. Unlike other reviewers, I can honestly say that SourceMash has been very competitive in salary and growth. In some areas, above market price. Also, one reviewer mention that this place will go under, well I as an employee can assure you that this place is not going anywhere, actually they are expanding and growing rapidly.

One downside is the number of challenges we continue to get. Again, I like to grow my skill sets but if you like a simple job that does not grow you and challenges you then this is not the place for you.

Pros only includes that they will not disturb you on weekends

Absolutely everything no Job Security, you will have to reach office on time but may have to stay late. Owner is very rude and not at all helpful.
