Pros
- If you hate your life, you're gonna love working here. - Good in convincing people to rate full stars on glassdoor and other sites. - Unlimited leaves on paper (which no one approves, but anyways). - Hybrid working (LOL on Sundays) - Flexible timing (You can choose any 12-14 hours of the day).
Cons
Not sure where to get started. But lets go: - They say of having a cool culture. But they should probably look into a dictionary what cool means. - Too much work with deadline of yesterday. - Mental pressure is free with your job. - Too much tax is deducted (not sure which government are they paying to). And when asked for salary slip you get innovative excuses. - No official logging off time (late the better). But there is logging in time of 10 AM.
