It's been a roller-coaster of a year as a Software Engineer at SourceWiz. 1. I learned new skills and tech at Sourcewiz. My team members are equally passionate about work. 2. My team is amazing. Seriously, they're not just work buddies; they're like-minded comrades who are always there to lend a hand. The camaraderie makes the work feel less like a grind. 3. Most leaders are also very approachable. CTO is pretty cool. Ready to experiment, and open to ideas from anyone. But he needs to spend more time with us in bangalore office.
Cons
1. Sometimes, the product changes can feel like a rollercoaster ride. It leads to tasks that might not be as fun for us SDEs. 2. A small hiccup – there are times when we engineers don't get much say in tech decisions. It's like being handed a dish without getting to choose the ingredients. Not the best flavor, if you ask me.
