      Pros

      Coworkers make all the difference. I worked at 5+ different branches (float teller) and had a great experience with coworkers at all different levels -- managers, loan officers, tellers, etc.

      Cons

      Rules/practices differed between branches so it was hard to keep up. The biggest issue was mostly rude customers.

      Favoritism Non-existent Raises Unnecessary AI use EVERYWHERE Pays less than other banks that are keen on selling, while they now take a sales-forward approach for no raise whatsoever Higher-Ups don’t know what being in a branch is like in the modern day
