Cons
I do not even know where to start. The people at the office are always micro-managing you. There is no support from the administration. Instead, you are faced with criticisment. I have never worked for an establishment with such a "mean girl" environment. It is very juvenile to describe it that way, but that is simply how it is. You are constantly being watched, especially by the owner. They fill up their classrooms to the max which makes classroom management very difficult. It is so sad becase these parents pay so much money for quality education for their children, but it is sad that their children are just seen as dollar signs.
