      The customers , coworkers (lower level) the experience to find a better job, normal work hours

      Cons

      Pay is very low the new owner is not nice and treats people like trash Public shaming They only care about some employees , the ones that can eat crap and smile

      Pros

      Employee benefits and working hours are family friendly.

      Cons

      Lots of opportunity for lateral moves, never up. Upper management is pretentious and appear to be great company oriented leaders when they are actually cold, unapproachable and suspicious of everything.
