      Pros

      Our COO spent a lot of time trying to turn our staff and budget around. When we finally were working together they hired a new Executive Director and let the COO go and then he replaced our people with his people and our clients complained and morale went down and now they are close to closing.

      Cons

      Not even free coffee, alot of work with little pay. They changed all our titles and said it wouldn't change pay but they did anyway. No one keeps promises.
