The staffing structure is laughable. Only a small portion of the people who work there have even a sliver of experience or competence in the roles they fill. The organization is toxic, rife with nepotism, unorganized, and utterly incompetent. They have no real guiding mission and are out of touch from industry standards. There is a serious and conscious lack of diversity.
