      Family like atmosphere, good benefits, on site health clinic, good pay and opportunities for advancement in mill area

      Cons

      No opportunities for females other than clerical office, employees not included in team-building or strategic planning

      Pros

      Mostly 4 day work week , gain share ,movement within the company opportunities and when they say we have a open door policy as far as HR etc they actually mean it

      Cons

      Leadership-supervisors mainly they treat the mill workers like scum some are under qualified to lead a group successfully a few of them refuse to properly train employees they rather hangout in the office instead of offering constructive guidance.
