Faculty members are lovely The students are great to work with $2/day lunch programme

Upper leadership need better training in empathy and kindness. There are some large egos that need to be taken down a few notches Admin staff is quite toxic, with gossip, rumors, people stirring the pot, and name calling running rampant. A few people here love to police people even though it's not in their JDs. There's no WFH for non faculty members.

numerous prep times; team atmosphere; access to professional development; lot's of social events for staff; like a family; principal and other admin are very understanding and approachable; clear vision for the future; access to many teaching resources; some of my colleagues have become lifelong friends; excited about the brand new additional school building that is being built; this is a place to build your career; junior school team has very strong staff morale

Southpointe does not tolerate unethical behaviour of staff. If you are NOT professional, don't apply. This is ONLY A CON if you are looking for a job with very low standards, for the rest of us as employees, we see this as a PRO not a CON!
