Thank you for your feedback and for your great comments about our team. We are very selective when choosing new team members here at Sowell which is why we have a great culture. Our leadership team (management) has done a great job finding amazing talent to serve our advisor partners (customers). We value open, direct, honest, and healthy communication and we would love to hear from you directly so that we can more clearly understand areas we could improve. Advisor Partners (customers), like yourself, provide us great feedback about our platform so that we can continue to upgrade our offerings. Our business is fast paced and growing which is a good problem to have but can certainly make it challenging at times. Sowell has experienced explosive growth since 2016 and we love a good growth story but recognize that we have had to make changes to continue to serve our advisors well along the way. We work tirelessly to keep our advisors on the cutting edge and with the ability to scale, which requires upgrades or changes. While much thought, care, and planning goes into each change, we regret that it is not perfect. Our team takes feedback to heart and works with intention and diligence to solve issues as quickly as possible. Thanks again for your feedback.
