Pros

You get Sunday and Monday off that’s about it.

Cons

I was a former employee at spa Phoenix and I must say if you apply here for any position be prepared for the following : * I was threatened to be called the N word by a white nurse that not only works there still but got a raise. I had witnesses to this and I was made out to be a liar. * I was not only discriminated against by my ethnicity but also by my weight which was used as a plot to make a patient of theirs better. * I was forced to stay in a fax room where they not only kept moldy tiles ( which they still have) but the temperature in the room was beyond unbearable but I got in trouble if I moved out the room for one second. * There is an employee turnover , There is no manager and hasn't been for months. So there is not official authority just a whole bunch of people who don't know their jobs. * There is favoritism to the beyonds. So if you hold your ground and have Integrity this place is not for you it's made for people who like to be walked over and talked to any kind of way. And finally they do not care about their employees what so ever . All they care about is the money . They do NOTHING to help situations . Their quote is " We are a family but if you don't like it here then leave" No resolution at all. I'm doing this as a warning to not only future employees but customers as well.
