- Huge turnover rates, almost unheard-of in the industry - The HK studio needs other studios to support but all the other studios are playing politics and trying to dodge the help where it is needed - Do not provide adaquate hardwares and insufficient numbers of software for staffs. - Due to multiple human factors, it complicated the project progression - Green inexperienced management causing a lot of unnecessary vicious office politics - High demands for over time work, and never real solve the problem which is causing overtime - Using the infinite amount of probation to aviod employees to make use of the AL,medical and other benefits. And this has been done to multiple individuals in the past. - Allow multiple bullying acts within the office, and force the victims tp say there has not been any. - All the employees with good working ethics has left the company
