What makes andcards exceptional is its transparent culture. Conversations about raises or goals are open and comfortable. Did not find so far, I haven't encountered any downsides to being part of andcards. It's been a consistently positive experience.

There are many pros for me to work in andcards and that's a possibility to do all tasks I like, working with people who are professionals in their field and truly love their job, and be a part of creating a product which is fully transparent and helps to improve life for people worldwide. I love the inpact we are creating to the world, and I have never regretted my choice to join andcards.
