      Easy going environment. Very patient with me when learning skills. Good job to start your career out and learn things.

      Cons

      The pay is not very good. I think almost anyone at the company would say this. If you're not going to learn any skills or gain experience that will springboard you to a higher paying job at this company or somewhere else, it is not a wise investment of your time to stay and work here.

      Pros

      They will give just about anyone a chance. They are felon friendly and it's a steady paycheck.

      Cons

      The assembly department is run like a sweat shop overseas. They are anal about time clock punches No set training system for any department. Unfair player for a compay of their size.
