Two words: Company Culture. Whether you are an agent or member of the staff, your strengths and quirky qualities are valued and used to better the company. At Spaces when you work hard, you play hard and are given the recognition when you are successful. Nowadays, culture is everything and you'll find that at Spaces, there is PLENTY to go around.
Cons
With a staff full of independent agents, communication can sometimes fall to the wayside. Thankfully, management has implicated features where communication can always take place, but when it comes to deeper issues, that communication can sometimes lack.
