      - Flexible in work style - Get to work at the different office spaces

      Cons

      - Bad leadership at upper management level - CEO show little/no interest with the executive level staffs - Biased decision making - Little/no idea where or how the business will progress - Salary below average market - No employee benefits - Hiring just to fill up quota - What's the point of proposing stuff when the upper management/CEO would just want things to work their way in the end? - No career progressions - Not a start-up, just a SME pretending to be one
