From day one, I felt welcomed by a team that values collaboration, diversity, and creativity. The camaraderie among colleagues is exceptional, creating a sense of belonging and motivation. The company promotes a healthy work-life balance, and goes above and beyond providing an extra day off every month to reload (Wellness Friday), a refreshing addition in today's demanding conditions. BHG Financial doesn't just talk the talk; they walk the walk regarding employee benefits. From healthcare packages to 401 contributions, they truly prioritize the well-being and future security of their employees. The perks and bonuses are not only competitive but often go above and beyond industry standards. One aspect of BHG Financial that's worth noting is the dynamic nature of our work. Not necessarily a Con. While flexibility is essential for our success, it can also be challenging at times. It requires to have PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) All Day Every Day, and an ability to pivot quickly. However, it's this very aspect that keeps the job exciting and allows us to continuously learn and grow. If you thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, this is the place for you.
