          Pros

I've had the privilege of working at BHG Financial for over two years, and it has been an incredible ride. The company's commitment to fostering a great environment for its employees and offering a good amount of benefits is truly commendable. From day one, I felt welcomed by a team that values collaboration, diversity, and creativity. The camaraderie among colleagues is exceptional, creating a sense of belonging and motivation. The company promotes a healthy work-life balance, and goes above and beyond providing an extra day off every month to reload (Wellness Friday), a refreshing addition in today's demanding conditions. BHG Financial doesn't just talk the talk; they walk the walk regarding employee benefits. From healthcare packages to 401 contributions, they truly prioritize the well-being and future security of their employees. The perks and bonuses are not only competitive but often go above and beyond industry standards. One aspect of BHG Financial that's worth noting is the dynamic nature of our work. We operate in a fast-paced industry where market conditions and customer demands can change rapidly. As a result, we often find ourselves adjusting our course and adapting to new directions.

          Cons

Not necessarily a Con. While flexibility is essential for our success, it can also be challenging at times. It requires to have PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) All Day Every Day, and an ability to pivot quickly. However, it's this very aspect that keeps the job exciting and allows us to continuously learn and grow. If you thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, this is the place for you.

We loved reading your BHG review! Since day one, we’ve been dedicated to building up the team and creating a culture that encourages innovation. Our culture is truly a top priority for us, and it’s our mission to build up every member of the team with strong leadership and constant support to ensure our mutual success. Here at BHG, we believe in celebrating our wins while we tackle any challenges head-on as a team. With that said, we truly understand the dedication, hard work, and flexibility that goes into each and every project. For this very reason, we make it a point to offer generous compensation, in addition to perks and benefits, all with employee health and wellness in mind. From the top down, the key to our success has been our commitment to not only our consumers but to our hard-working team. It's great to hear you recognize these important initiatives as we continue to keep the BHG team at the forefront of what we do.

I went through the final round of interview last Thursday with the CFO. It seemed to have went well, she said she'll talk to me soon. I haven't heard back yet. When is an appropriate time to follow up. And should I email the recruiter or the hiring manager?

        Customer Service Representative CSR

I had an interview this afternoon for a customer service position in a call center. The ad was very vague to begin with and at the end of it I felt like I really didn't know anything more about the job. When I asked about the starting pay, which was not published in the ad, they looked incredulous (they were doing on-the-spot hiring today) and then asked me "What's your range?" And only responded with "I think we could meet that." And still never gave me a straight answer. Is this a red flag?

        Software Engineer

I did my initial interview with a “better established” startup and they said the interview process is 5 interviews. 3 technical then 1 interview with the CEO then another technical interview. Idk about you but that seems like a lot of interviews and they said they want to do it as fast as possible in a short time span. Is this a normal amount of interviews? Is this a red flag? For a full stack software position 4-5 years exp how much salary should be the norm in a hcol area?
