This review is disappointing to read. It’s important to us that we recognize the hard work and dedication that goes into every project, all while ensuring the health and wellness of the team. It’s for this very reason that we make it a point to offer generous compensation, perks, and benefits to all on the team. This includes remote work opportunities, Wellness Weekends in addition to PTO, 401k matching, therapy sessions, a Recognition & Rewards program, and so much more. With that said, as we continue to move forward and face the current macroeconomic backdrop, this does mean some benefits need to be properly assessed to ensure we’re staying lean while putting our employees at the forefront of what we do. This does require some flexibility from all on the team as we continue to weather the storm. However, feedback is always appreciated and will be shared with the proper members of the team. We’re truly proud of our transparent and employee-centric culture.
