Pros

I enjoy getting to help people with their Spanish. As English is my second language, I understand the difficulties that can arise when trying to learn. It means a lot to be able to guide our students towards fluency with a proven system. Extremely happy with the culture at the company. Dedication to customer service is the main takeaway. This means that the people I work with are always appreciative and kind. I would highly recommend working for this company if you are looking for a lighthearted, but professional, environment.

Cons

You have to be very organized and have a good work ethic to do well at this company. They expect a lot of you, which is generally positive -- but not if you're looking for an "easy" job. The work comes with challenges, but it is very rewarding.

Pros

I am working for SpanishVIP more than a year now and I can say I feel a part of the whole SpanishVIP family. I 've learned a lot during this period, and I guess that what I'm in right now could be a huge boost for my future carrier. My supervisors are giving me enough freedom but also responsibilities and I strongly believe that you can only grow if you learn from your own mistakes. I've been working for 2 start-ups before working for SpanishVIP and I never had such a good team as I have here. My colleagues are from all over the world (majority South America), very international team and I really feel that we are "building the bridge between cultures".

Cons

Sometimes working remotely can be difficult, especially when there are a lot of decisions to be made. But as planned for 2020, we will have more offices in Canada and South America, so I might relocate in one of them.
