Pros

Working at SpanishVIP has been a fantastic experience. The different people that involve this company are excellent human beings, they really encourage you to improve every day and you never feel afraid of asking or presenting any difficulty you may have. On the other hand, I would like to highlight that the classes are enjoyable and easy to carry out. It's gratifying to see how your students learn and start loving our native language. On top of that, the cultural exchange is amazing! As a teacher, you have the possibility of learning many things from your students since each of them has distinct knowledge, skills and customs to talk about.

Cons

I do not really have any negative aspect or important recommendation to highlight about this company since my experience has been the best so far.

Pros

I am working for SpanishVIP more than a year now and I can say I feel a part of the whole SpanishVIP family. I 've learned a lot during this period, and I guess that what I'm in right now could be a huge boost for my future carrier. My supervisors are giving me enough freedom but also responsibilities and I strongly believe that you can only grow if you learn from your own mistakes. I've been working for 2 start-ups before working for SpanishVIP and I never had such a good team as I have here. My colleagues are from all over the world (majority South America), very international team and I really feel that we are "building the bridge between cultures".

Cons

Sometimes working remotely can be difficult, especially when there are a lot of decisions to be made. But as planned for 2020, we will have more offices in Canada and South America, so I might relocate in one of them.
