- Colleagues are nice and helpful - You will gain a lot of knowledge since it is a transdisciplinary approach
Cons
- Low salary - Always short on staffs - Hard to ask for leave as you need to find someone else to cover your AL or MC - They will give you a lot of work but no time to do it - They expect you to bring your work home - The boss will mostly blame the interventionist even when it is the other department’s fault so just bear with it - Under appreciated - Employee is expected to come early to work - Your mental and physical health will take a toll while working on this company
