Sparklane has the spirit of a startup but the years and customers of a middle size company. Technical point of view here, not sales : you can learn a lot from every person there and slightly change role across weeks in order to make your task succeed.
Small enough company to allow direct communication, which is wonderful. Also, visibility across teams is there.
Cons
Not many, the normal ones that this company size/business have. Smaller companies also tend to have smaller possibilities of course. Time to market is sometimes short.

The product doesn't work and you're actively encouraged to sell to clients and not show them the platform, as it does not work!
If you have any self respect you wouldn't go near these guys.
