      This company truly cares about its employees. This company is free of the toxic passive-aggressive behavior that I have experienced with other multifamily properties. The communities are awesome. The events allow us to have a lot of fun while we work. The pay is exceptional. The regional manager is awesome. Work-life balance is truly a priority, not just a sentence,

      I have a little bit of concern about the new leasing commissions model.

      Pros

      Love Sparrows core values. It's not just a job, its a community that is family. I worked for Sparrow about 3 years. Lots of opportunities to advance.

      Not many cons. ACM's are not paid a delinquency bonus.
