      Co-workers are amazing to work with. They are very welcoming, helpful and encouraging which is why the 3 stars.

      Cons

      You have to watch your back with management in some departments. They lack in integrity, values and ethics. Promises are made but not followed through with.

      Pros

      The fast paced environment helps to align your detail-oriented skills.

      Cons

      Management facilitates an "us vs. them" mentality with production creating tension between the two entities. This tension evolves into a very negative atmosphere and abrasive environment. Not a place for young professionals. The company does very little to enrich or engage their employees.
