Pros
Spartan Radar is an amazing place to work. In a short time Leadership has assembled a talented and diverse workforce. Everyone is incredibly helpful and will answer any question if you feel lost. They have some of the smartest people I've ever worked and the progress that's been made in such a short time is incredible. I'm really excited about the future.
Cons
As with any start up, priorities can change quickly and communication can lag. When that has happened, Leadership has owned up to it and addressed it.
