      Great place to learn new skills and be challenged by your peers. Generally good people work there and everyone is friendly, but the culture can feel a bit "cultish" at times.

      Cons

      Market competitive compensation is not something you will find at this company. Additionally there are no benefits. The company has poor inter-team management and poor processes resulting in poor career growth.
