Paranoid and Hostile Upper Management - Model Builder Spaulding Ridge Employee Review

I worked for Spaulding Ridge for a short period of time and successfully completed all training and expectations given to me. Spaulding Ridge hired too many people in hopes that more hands would mean more profit, but when that didn't turn out to be the case, multiple new employees were laid off despite moving and leaving other jobs for the company. There was no warning period for the lay offs, nor any time given to pass off current projects. Direct management was not even notified until after employees were let go. Beware this company. The moment their financial forecast isn't as black as they want, they will gut employees.
