Pros

Weekly happy hours if you believe that is a good substitute for being worked beyond reason for the other 4 days of the week.

Cons

This job singlehandedly cured me of my toxic behaviors of unrewarded overachieving, constant perfectionism, and driving myself to burnout over a job. Working with Spaulding Ridge meant many nights of working late, only to wake up in the middle of the night in a panic over an unrealistic deadline that my Solution Architect set the week prior. Leaving Spaulding Ridge was the best decision that I could’ve made for my mental and physical health, meanwhile my career and pay stubs are flourishing. The investment in the technical development of Analysts and Associates is wishful thinking at best whilst being thrown into the deep end is a harsh everyday reality. Too many in leadership are working in their positions as a function of their ability to weather the storm and gain tenure, rather than their ability to lead, teach, and delegate tasks. Analysts and Associates are seen as numbers rather than people and investments which means careless shuffling across practice lines with no less expectation to deliver. The company will continue to wonder why top talent chooses to leave after a year, rather than make distinguishable changes. Transparency is quickly dwindling, much like the lack of communication besides the acknowledgment that bonuses will not be fully paid out. Best of luck to anyone who believes the fake reviews on this page and steps into this minefield of a company.
