It is difficult to think of a positive for this company.

As an employee I find the constant turnover of staff to be significantly challenging in forming meaningful relationships and creating a sense of community in the work place. Some departments have lost almost everyone that worked here 2 years ago, and their replacements are already talking about leaving. The loss of knowledge within the company is catastrophic. The bullying and belittling exhibited by some senior managers creates a unpleasant work environment. This kind of business culture has led to a total lack of job satisfaction, demotivated everyone and is causing a total collapse of drive to do anything.
