Pros
I have been here for 10 months and have thoroughly enjoyed it! I have met some amazing people, and they have all pushed me to be better in my professional career. I have learned so much in the time being here and never thought this was where my career would go. Specialty1 has given me the opportunity to make more money, work fully remote (with occasional travel) and have a great work-life balance.
Cons
The only con I can think of right now is that benefits are lacking, but the company is still pretty new. There is always room to improve.
