-High Pay for minimal work -Good location

-Two faced leadership. There have been several times in the company where I was told by my immediate supervisor would tell me that something I did was fine, only to find it on a correctional report from my Team Lead. The Team Lead themselves would often do the same. -Unfair promotions, to get in this company it does not matter what your certifications are or how you interview, it just matters if the interviewer knows you. This was admitted by my team lead. Several employees have been hired who have no certifications whatsoever, one of which including a high school dropout. -Micro management. Everything done in this company is managed by federal personnel. This ranges from simple tasks such as what goes to whom, and then it gets into /how/ it goes there. During my time Ive had a fed criticize my filing method. Despite the fact that my method led to increased efficiency at no increase to errors. They actively look to criticize. -Failure to communicate. Whenever a change happens within the procedures it takes on average, two weeks for the other employees to hear about it. Several employees have stated they were never told they were switching roles until the day of, despite the team leads being notified weeks prior
