- The people are great. -The location is great , close to multiple different forms of transport in the center of the city. -You'll learn alot, working with different clients you'll be exposed to different situations and technologies which I feel is the best way to learn. - Management are usually flexible with working from home if required. - Compensation is competitive. - Work nights out are lots of fun, and fully paid for. - The owner is great craic and always up for a laugh.

Some clients can be tricky to deal with and slow to change with technology, but I feel this is the case with most MSP's.

-It is a very good environment to start up your IT career, to understand how an IT company works. Provides basic training & assistance when needed. -every few months, the group goes out socialising

-not many I can think of -some days , it is very stressful especially when you don't know what you are expected to do, and you have to wait for somebody to assist you.
