Pros
It's a nice place to work, full of good people. Being a small company, there are many opportunities to work on various technologies. It's necessary to become a jack of all trades. Yearly bonuses can be generous in good years. There is a 60% 401k matching benefit.
Cons
The workforce is aging and beginning to retire. The company rarely hires new employees so when someone leaves the current workforce needs to fill the void. Salaries are below average for the industry and raises are few and far between. Health benefits are very expensive, many employees opt out of the company health plan.
