Distance from the Twin Cities, but great location for those in Western suburbs.

All shifts aside from 1st are relaxed with independent work. There is nothing physically demanding, and breaks are at employee discretion. The employee generated improvement programs rewards are a nice, easy perk, and the benefits are solid. I've worked here twice, and would again.

The communication is not good. First shift is filled with gossip, favorites, and lazy people who've been there forever.
