Pros
Great place to work and begin; great experience. They deal with mostly sludge hauling and contracting for Wastewater Treatment Plants within the New York Tri-State area. Expose you to work at a great pace and expose you to many different fields. Management is great and has a open door policy. Family run company so you will have a family environment

Salary and the overall benefit package (They are about 40-50 employees, of those 40-50, only a few are management).
