      Pros

      -Lots of benefits regarding your work life balance: Holidays, remote work, overall flexibility -Great team to work with: People are helpfull and welcoming, great atmosphere, and a lot of different nationalities -Great enterprise customers: a lot of Saas pretend to work with big companies, here they don't pretend -Innovative field: the product is changing quickly, and the chatbot topic is overall interesting -The office is really cool

      Cons

      -If we're all in the office it can be a bit small -Learning curve is steep, not necessarily a problem depending on your goals. There's a lot to take in between the partner platforms and the product itself. But the onboarding is well done.

      Pros

      Spectrm isn't your typical tech company focused on growth at all costs at the expense of creating an environment you actually want to work in. Founders are surprisingly mature and considerate for their age. They know how to treat people and know how to get work/life balance right. Very international team full of smart but humble people. Lots of fun to work with. If you like having autonomy and space to grow, this is a great place to be.

      You need to be highly self-motivated and independent to thrive here.

      Pros

      Good product with lots of potential. The team is committed to the company and customers.

      Cons

      Struggled paying people on time and the basic admin. Payroll was frequently delayed without any communication or update. Unable to manage appropriate tax forms.
