      can earn rbt license 90 days from hire most supervisors are incredible can be a fun place to work accrued pto based on years worked

      toxic work environment. spying on each other, rbts ratting each other out to HR constantly. favoritism. cliques. total drama. during sessions with less active clients, many rbts look at social media or online shop. supervisors have too many clients and are constantly having to shuffle them amongst themselves, so it's hard for some to supervise consistently. inconsistent pay for rbt if client cancels. no paid holidays if you aren't a salaried employee.

      Pros

      Unfortunately, ABA therapy is limited to a few options in the upstate SC. The pay is comparable to other therapy places.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, my experience with this company was marked by inconsistent policy enforcement and lack of transparency. Policies seemed to be created or enforced selectively, depending on the person involved, rather than applied fairly across the board.
