Pros
Good benefits, and coworkers that care.
Cons
Most of the negative feedback here is accurate. The company seems stuck in outdated practices, with high turnover and the CEO/founder's son now leading, which doesn't bode well for improvement. Despite promises of change and inclusivity, there's a pervasive sense of ego and control from the top, stifling the potential of smart employees. It's like the worst-case scenario is the norm. The "family" atmosphere feels toxic, with good people leaving for no reason while others, less deserving, stay. HR's heavy involvement seems more a symptom of poor leadership and hierarchy than a solution. The company lacks culture, efficiency, and coherent direction, having changed strategies five times in the past year without clear vision. It’s the dead leading the blind. Please at least press them on issues if you’re going to take a job here. Also make sure you negotiate compensation and extra benefits cause they’ll lowball you. Lastly, expect zero career advancement or coaching. Everyone in leadership promotes themselves for lack luster performance while everyone else gets told no.
