Each day here is a new challenge. The more you tackle, the more trouble comes your way. There's no end to it.

The clients, the leadership, and my team were all awful. Let's start with the key problem- the clients. Most of the clients didn't communicate their expectations clearly and then changed their minds. It created terrible chaos and endless confusion. The people at the top were no help. These arrogant and egotistic human beings wanted employees to do all the hard work while they just sat back and relaxed. It was ridiculous. Sadly, my colleagues were no help either. Some of them were too arrogant to care about anyone but themselves. I now realize that they had developed a hard shell to resist the toxicity of this workplace. They had no choice.
